TURN AROUND TIME: We proudly hand print each one of our custom designs and our branded designs are produced in small batches. Because of this, most items go out within 3-5 days.  If you have a time sensitive order, please contact us at customer service and we can do our very best to get your order out ASAP!  

RETURNS & REFUNDS:  If you are unhappy with you order for any reason, you must notify us and return your item within 7 days of receiving your order to be issued a full refund (except for shipping). Please notify us immediately of any changes you would like to make and we will issue the return address. Unless item is damaged, customer pays shipping.   

LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES: All packages are sent through USPS (unless otherwise requested) and with tracking.  If a package is lost or has not arrived, you must contact USPS postal service in order to put in a claim.  We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
